THE VERDICT
Inspired by Earnest Hemingway himself, Hemingway Cafe is brought to us by a couple of coffee lovers—Neil and Zac Barrett are the brains behind Max + Sons, Mo Espresso, Arlo By Mo, Balance Espresso and Jessie’s—so you’d better believe they know how to brew a good cup of joe.
But it’s not all about the Five Senses beans and state-of-the-art coffee equipment here. The duo has teamed up with Chef Daniel Lim—the legend behind Arrival Hall’s Jerusalem artichoke toast—to create the menu so expect deliciousness like crab and prawn BLTs, Spanish potato and chorizo pancakes and, wait for it, a lobster roll special on Fridays.
When it comes to the grab and go selection, expect treats from iconic Perth names like North Street Store, Raisin Bakery, Raw by Chris and Miller & Baker.
Oh, and did we mention, if you work in Central Park, you can order your coffee and eats online and the team will bring it up to your floor?
