The Verdict

Jersey Jack Gelato in South Perth sure knows how to create dessert porn. Home to Perth’s first doughnut cone, they source the freshest ingredients to put in their gelato and we wouldn't have it any other way. While the doughnut cone is no longer, its place has been taken by The Little Mostro—a massive waffle cone jam-packed with three scoops of ice cream and topped with two mini waffle cones.

For those of you not quite ready to take on the challenge of The Little Mostro, The Ferrero flavoured gelato is probably one of the best things you’ll ever put in your mouth. Perfectly flavoured and with more texture than you ever thought possible of gelato, they make this stuff by layering chocolate gelato, hazelnut gelato and melted Ferrero Rocher over and over again so you get chocolate and a delish nutty crunch in every single bite.

Other amazing flavours you need to try are their signature durian soft serve and coconut gelato, as well as the vanilla, pear and caramelised fig, the pistachio and their tiramisu. They’ve also got a few hard to find faves like black sesame, matcha and lychee.
