Award winning cheese maker Antonio Caroli is using his skills to turn fresh produce from around WA into the most delicious handmade cheese we have ever tasted.
Head in-store and try to control yourself as you watch the chefs whip up what might just be WA’s best mozzarella. If you’re looking for a quick lunch, La Delizia Latticini is also whipping up paninis and a selection of antipasti, so you can grab something to go, but we’d recommend hanging out for a while and watching them at work.
