The Verdict:
Tucked down a long driveway in an unassuming rear warehouse along Railway Road in Subiaco, you'll find a very (dare we say) Melbourne style urban distillery, complete with concrete floors, industrial finishes and loads of plants.
Of course the main attractions here are the bar and the showstopping copper still. After all, they're the ones responsible for producing all the tasty drinks. From tasting paddles and classic G&Ts to life-changing martinis and other exceptional gin-based cocktails, there's no shortage of good booze here. Don't worry, they've good some quality charcuterie and cheese to line your stomach too.
The casual setting is perfect for a lazy Saturday arvo drink with mates or a quick after work tipple. But if you want to really soak up some booze, you have to give the bottomless cocktail sesh a go. For $75 each you'll get two hours of endless cocktails and all the grazing goods you need. Not bad at all.
