The Verdict
Subiaco cafe Louis Baxters is all about getting you fuelled up and ready to face the working week. This funky little cafe pumps out a mean cup of joe—the beans are from Margaret River Roasting Co—and some quality eats. Pro tip: the bagels and bircher muesli are to die for!
The communal space is a delight to relax in, thanks to the chilled vibes and the giant Anya Brock mural on the wall.
Louis Baxters is only open on weekdays but we'll forgive them, but they make up for it by opening at 6am so you can get your coffee fix no matter how early you have to get to work.
