The Verdict
This late-night live-music pizza joint is changing up Perth’s nightlife for the better. Forget getting an average kebab after a big night out, head to Lucy’s Love Shack instead for the whole package; an ultimate greasy pizza feed and an array of beers, wines and cocktails to choose from.
They’re dishing out some delicious pizzas that are even available by the slice. We like the sound of the Bubba Gump; a tomato base topped with bacon, garlic shrimp, mushroom, cheese and oregano. Or their vegan Dr. Feelgood pizza with vegan pesto, spinach, roast pumpkin and pine nuts. Even gluten-free folks can enjoy their late night feeds here, with wheat-free bases available on all pizzas.
They’ve got plenty of cool bevs up for offer but their most awesome new addition has to be the Bloody Lucy, their own spin on a bloody Mary. It’s got vodka, passata, Sweet Baby Ray’s, Tabasco and it’s topped with an actual slice of darn good pizza. How’s that for a cocktail. Their other new fun-loving beverage is the Bin Juice; a cocktail served in a mini toilet bowl vessel. The Bin Juice will be served every Saturday between 11pm and 5am alongside 200 free slices of pizza at 2am. Could this place get any better?
