Sitting pretty at 1 Forrest Street in Subiaco, Mimosa is the newest opening from the power duo behind Tiisch, Sven Bartelt and Danielle Waller. Safe to say these guys are responsible for starting the bottomless trend that kicked off here in 2018 so no surprise to see they're offering bottomless brunch and lunch every damn day at Mimosa, alongside an all-day brunch menu for those of you who haven't yet bought into the bottomless trend.
Expect dishes like brunch gnocchi, banana pancakes, chilli scrambled eggs and wagyu beef burgers, all washed down with unlimited bubbles, bloody marys, beers and wines if you do opt for a bottomless option.
