The Verdict

If you’re a perennial planner, it’s time to throw caution to the wind and hit up Highgate Italian restaurant, No Menu Finest Italian 448, where every day offers up something new.

With a name like No Menu, it’s not surprising that this place has no set menu. But fret not control freaks: there is an electronic menu on the wall which changes each day, so you *can* choose what you want—but if you’re thinking about doing that, just don’t.

Instead, chat to chef and owner Maurizio di Ciano, who hails from the Abruzzo region in Italy, and let him concoct something to blow your taste buds away using the freshest seasonal and local produce.

The best way to navigate your No Menu experience is with a five to eight-course degustation, ranging from $55 to $88. You might be treated to the most delicious and tangy apple salad with lemon, mustard, mint, olive oil and fennel. Or you might get some tasty tagliatelle, pasta made fresh of course. One thing’s for sure though, you’re not leaving hungry.

Always keen to keep things fresh, Maurizio’s latest No Menu evolution will delight everyone with dietary requirements. From vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians to people on low protein, high energy or keto diets, as well as options for lactose and gluten intolerant kids; No Menu is likely Perth’s most diet-friendly Italian restaurant.

Housed in a beautiful building with comfy booths, No Menu also has a full bar with a killer range of wines.
