The Verdict
It’s hard to walk by Noodle Forum in Perth’s CBD, not just because of the delicious scent of fresh noodles wafting from the interior, but because there is a Japanese man in the window who appears to be playing see-saw on a large piece of bamboo. It’s giggle-inducing to watch but the end result is zhu sheng mian - bamboo pole noodles, which melt in your mouth. It’s worth patiently lining up for these labour-intensive creations from Chef Enrich Wong.
