Pinchos Bar De Tapas
Just when you thought Leederville couldn’t get any cooler, Pinchos, the teeny tiny Spanish haunt expands into the corner shop next door to create Perth’s first legit tapas bar—Pinchos Bar De Tapas. This corner-store-meets-eatery is dishing out delicious Spanish delicacies from breakfast to bedtime—so you can pop in from 7:30am for coffee and brekky treats like stuffed piquillos, morcilla (blood sausage) with eggs and fried potatoes or Torrijas—a Spanish twist on French toast, served with saffron pears, honey mascarpone and pistachio—before returning at 5:30pm for Pinxtos hour to devour $1 pintxos and a ponies of Estrella Damm for just $3.50 a pop (during happy hour). You might as well just move in and call it a day.
