The Verdict
Whether you're after a casual but delicious breakfast or a nice long sit-down dinner, Sage Cafe in Vic Park has got you sorted.
For breakfast and lunch, take your pick from eats like the house made granola and buddha bowls or funky-flavoured milkshakes like Nutella and peanut caramel.
When it comes to dinner, the menu features modern Australian eats with starters like buffalo stracciatella with pickled plums and house-cured salmon with avocado, wasabi and samphire. For something more substantial, we're digging the pappardelle with ox tail ragu and the confit pork loin with roast fennel.
As for drinks, expect a small-ish but beautifully curated wine list dominated by local drops with a few international labels thrown in for good measure, West Aussie beers and a cocktail list that makes it almost impossible to choose just one.
