It’s a simple but effective strategy that Source Foods owners Emma and Samuel Ainsworth have based their labour of love on—use fresh, local, organic and free-range products and let the ingredients shine. The end result is tasty, fresh and wholesome food. And isn’t that what makes the best cafes?
