Led by former North Bird Head Chef, Chris Howard, The Humble Onion is the cool inner-city spot located in the newly remodeled Greenhouse site.
If you're in a rush, enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee and takeaway bites like peach and strawberry frangipane tarts, plus drool-worthy bacon and sausage sambos. But we recommend taking time to enjoy the cool new fitout and stunning dine-in menu. It's flush with bright, flavour packed dishes, each overflowing with seasonal produce.
Co-owner and sommelier Caitlin Johnston is the brains behind the drinks so rest assured you'll have a cracking wine list to choose from—the only challenge will be stopping yourself at one and going back to the office.
The Humble Onion is now open at 100 St Georges Terrace from 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday, with the kitcken open from 7am to 2.30pm.
