The Verdict
A salty breeze, a big cup of coffee and a full plate of food. If you ask us, there’s really no better way to start the day. And it’s what keeps us coming back to The Kiosk in Floreat.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can enjoy their tasty eats and beachy vibes all day long. And with a recent refresh, this unassuming little spot by the water is better than ever.
The laid-back dining experience and affordable prices makes this the perfect spot for anyone looking for a casual but delicious meal out at an idyllic location. And honestly, it ticks all the boxes for a good refuel after a swim at the beach.
If you’re coming by for brekky, you’ll find decadent faves like pancakes with fresh berries, banana, and maple syrup, and a mouth watering eggs benedict. But why not start the day with something healthy? You’ll find loads of fresh items to choose from, with dishes like the nutritious paleo breakfast or a vegan smashed avo with truffled wild mushrooms and grilled asparagus—all of which should be topped off with one of their fresh squeezed juices and a cup of coffee.
On the lunch menu, you can keep it healthy as well with a poke bowl or ancient grain salad, or indulge in a good plate of seafood (you are by the beach after all) with dishes like Shark Bay prawns, calamari and fish and chips all bound to hit the spot. No matter what you choose though you’ll definitely leave satisfied, the serving sizes are some of the most generous we’ve seen.
If you’re popping by for sunset dinner and drinks, you can get most of the faves from the lunch menu but do yourself a favour and order some of the tapas plates. They’re all perfect for sharing with friends and seriously yum. Wash it down with a cocktail or two and you’re in for a good night.
