The Verdict
Three Sisters ticks all the boxes when it comes to flavour-packed Vietnamese eats. Their original little tuckshop just off the main strip in Leederville is always overflowing with mid-week lunch goers for good reason—these sisters serve damn good food. And now, with the opening of their second shop, you'll find their tasty bites in Mount Lawley too.
The sisters are dishing up traditional beef pho, rice vermicelli noodle bowls (all topped with a crunchy spring roll), delicious rice paper rolls and some of the most amazing banh mi we have seen in a while. They also do an awesome vegan pho with goji berries, lily flowers, shitaki, enoki and tofu so your vego friends don’t have to miss out.

White tablecloths, marble, jacketed wait staff and caviar bumps—Gibney is hands down the fanciest of all the venues under George Kailis' name. And honestly, it might just take the cake for 'most opulent dining destination' in all of Perth.
Tom’s Providore & Wine Bar
If you’re a Leederville local, you will probably recall the devastation felt the day we discovered the beloved Tom’s Cafe right in the heart of Oxford Street was closing down towards the start of the pandemic. But thankfully since closing the OG, the legends have come back with a new and improved Tom’s in Highgate.
