It doesn’t get much better than cocktails on the coast here in the west, so we’re welcoming the news of a brand new beachside bar this summer, but this one's bringing some serious flash and flair. Tigerfish is bringing a spicy new Southeast Asian concept to Perth’s shoreline, and we’re here for it.

The new bar will land at the iconic Cottesloe Beach Hotel in coming months and it's everything you know and love about the CBH, just with a little more heat. The artfully curated space combines the kind of jewel hues, flashy finishes and moody corners you might find in the bars of Bangkok, with notes of muted coastal sensibility. Hidden lounges, curved cocktail bar, and an open view of chefs working over an open robata grill, it’s a venue that moves seamlessly from breezy long lunch to late-night revelry.

On the plate, Tigerfish goes heavy on share-style dining. Fresh, punchy dishes perfect for grazing with friends, post-swim snacks, or a proper night of feasting. Behind the bar, handcrafted cocktails lead the way, backed up by a strong wine list.
