Occupying the old Dome Coffee building on the corner of Milligan and Hay Street in Perth, Tiisch opened back in 2016 and instantly became a crowd favourite with the CBD workers.
The space will instantly reel you in with its dark jarrah floors, bright white walls and an array of indoor greenery—thanks to the legends at Little Leaf Co, but Instagrammable interior aside, good coffee and delicious eats are the name of the game here with Head Chef/Owner Sven Sander (of Print Hall fame) designing the delicious brekky and lunch menus.
After two years serving up some of the best breakfasts in Perth, Tiisch has answered all of our prayers and will be opening for dinner as of next Wednesday 18 April.
Their new head chef Brian Miller of The Trustee and Must Wine Bar fame will be dishing up his famous charcuterie as well as dishes like confit ocean trout, warm baby beetroot with feta, quinoa and hazelnuts and honey glazed black pig—yum!
