The Verdict
Nestled in the QV1 plaza, Perth bar Tiny’s has taken over the former Bar One site, and with interiors that weave in inspiration from its predecessor, you can expect a fair bit of nostalgia when you walk in. Brought to us by the legends behind Mary Street Bakery, Tiny's is complete with an indoor and alfresco bar, restaurant and liquor emporium.
With a custom wood-fire grill and rotisserie, expect signature dishes including whole boneless fish, Stirling Ranges ribeye, and pork belly with tamarind, brassicas, confit garlic and ginger. With vegetables and herbs foraged from their own rooftop garden, we’re confident that the delicious flavours will knock you off your feet.
The bar is the perfect spot for your Friday night load-off with eight beers on tap, ciders, Tiny-tastic cocktails, and an extensive wine list.
As a bonus, there's also a liquor emporium which has been well stocked under the guidance of acclaimed sommelier Rachael Niall. Aside from housing over 300 internationally and locally sourced fine wines, the emporium also hosts tastings, master classes, and intimate dinners, so if you’re a self-proclaimed wine connoisseur, you better book one of these in.
