In the Old Commonwealth building, the Urban OM studio is the perfect reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city—we can't think of anything better for a quick lunchtime pick me up. If you happen to be driving in, they've got parking on-site which is pretty much unheard of in these parts.
With classes like Hot Hatha, Urban Flow, Core Pilates and more, there is a style and level for everyone. The class schedule is also great for working people, so no excuses!
