Singapore doesn’t do rooftops by halves. Up here, dinner comes with a side of skyline, cocktails flirt with the clouds and the dress code is best described as "just stepped out for a martini… accidentally stayed till midnight." From glossy CBD towers to lush sky gardens perched above the buzz, the city’s rooftop restaurant scene is where big views meet even bigger flavours—think flame-kissed grills, clever Asian plates and wine lists that know their way around a sunset.

Whether you’re plotting a date-night wow, hosting out-of-town friends or just looking for an excuse to eat your way above street level, these rooftop restaurants deliver. Expect golden hour magic, late-night energy and menus that justify the elevator ride (and then some). Here’s where to book when you want your meal served sky-high, Singapore-style.

Sky22

99 Irrawaddy Road, Level 22, Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena

Up on the 22nd floor of Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena, Sky22 has quickly become a favourite for its elevated yet approachable take on modern Asian dining. And it’s now unveiled a refreshed menu that leans into local and regional flavours, reworking familiar comfort dishes with thoughtful twists and global influences—all while overlooking the Novena skyline.

The new menu shines brightest when it plays with Singaporean classics. The turmeric and ginger kampung chicken draws inspiration from ayam penyet and nasi ulam, while the bak kut teh pao fan serves the iconic peppery broth with shiitake mushrooms and puffed rice. Returning signatures like the tiger prawn laksa lemak remain crowd favourites too. Elsewhere, global flavours enter the mix through dishes like the liquorice-smoked wagyu beef brisket, seared barramundi assam pedas, and tiger prawn samba hijau olio (a spicy Southeast Asian riff on the classic pasta dish).

Desserts keep things light yet indulgent, from the pandan panna cotta to the rich chocolate nama. Plus, if you’re heading down on a weekday, there’s also a handy promotion offering 50% off every second main course from Monday to Thursday evenings, making it even easier to sample more across the menu. Combined with its skyline views and rotating dining experiences—including semi-buffets and seafood spreads—Sky22 continues to prove that great rooftop dining isn’t just limited to the CBD.

Milli

National Gallery Singapore, 1 St Andrew's Road, Level 5 and 6

Set to shake up the city’s dining and nightlife scene, Milli lands at the National Gallery Singapore as a double-story destination that promises two very different moods under one roof. Helmed by hospitality heavyweights LG Han and Vijay Mudaliar, alongside the team behind Bae’s Cocktail Club, Milli is designed to take you from leisurely lunches and sunset drinks to dinner, late-night cocktails, and dancing till 4am.

Upstairs, Milli: Sky Dining & Bar delivers an intimate rooftop dining experience with sweeping skyline views and a menu that playfully reimagines familiar Singaporean flavours. Expect Han’s signature creative touch on dishes like chilli crab ice cream (now designed as a shareable starter), a soufflé-style oyster omelette, and roasted spring chicken rice paella with a satisfyingly scorched claypot-style base. Desserts get just as creative, with a collaboration series of Ice Kachang-goris—a clever rework of the local dessert with Japanese precision, and a lineup of cocktail and non-alcoholic flavours. Think a bandung-inspired variation with rose liquor, as well as a tangy Solero-inspired version.

Downstairs, Milli: Lounge dials things up into a high-energy nightlife destination built around nostalgia and crowd-pleasing beats, from disco and funk to hip hop and R&B. Mudaliar’s cocktail menu riffs on local icons too, with drinks inspired by kaya toast and kopi, whisky green tea, and even familiar fast-food flavours reworked into spice-forward pours. Add in some late-night bites, big-named guest DJs, a striking 20-meter HD screen, and a no cover charge policy, and Milli makes it dangerously easy to return to again and again. Officially opening 31 May 2026, with reservations already available, this is one rooftop launch you have to jump in on.

LeVeL33

Marina Bay Financial Centre, 8 Marina Blvd, #33-01, Tower 1

Perched high above the Marina Bay skyline, LeVeL33 (aka the World’s Highest Microbrewery) has long been a go-to for sky-high dining. Now, it’s raising the bar (again) with “Flavours of Spring”, a limited-time 4-course dining experience that blends its signature contemporary cooking with a fresh, seasonal twist.

Running through April, the menu spotlights quality seasonal ingredients in dishes that feel light, vibrant, and just a little indulgent. Not committing to the full four courses? No problem—selected dishes will be available à la carte. Start fresh with the chilled asparagus, spring peas and leek soup, then move into mains like the New Zealand lamb heart of rump, elevated with artichoke purée, honey-glazed carrots, pistachio dukkha, and a rich black garlic jus. Even the dessert remembers to keep things elegant with a Leatherwood Tasmanian honey and Greek yoghurt panna cotta—silky, floral, and the perfect palate cleanser. So yes, come for the views, but stay for the food. Because up here, everything just tastes better.

CÉ LA VI Singapore just got a major upgrade, and it’s officially one of the best rooftop dining spots in the city. We’re talking sweeping 360-degree views of Marina Bay, the glittering skyline, and even ocean views. Whether you're there for a daytime brunch or sipping cocktails after dark, the vibe hits just right. They've nailed the mix of sleek, modern design with tropical touches, making it feel luxe but still laid-back enough for you to kick back and enjoy the view.

But the real magic happens when you dive into the food and drinks. The menu? A mouthwatering fusion of bold modern Asian flavours that’ll have your tastebuds doing a happy dance. From sashimi to perfectly charred meats, everything is elevated yet accessible. Highlights include the buttery A4 Miyazaki Beef Tataki, served with turmeric leaf oil, balsamic pearls and smoked soy aioli, and the Miso Chilean Seabass which is paired with a punchy Szechuan green chili sauce that elevates the soft, flaky fish with a modern kick. And don’t even get us started on the cocktails—they’re not only visually stunning, but also seriously delicious. Our favourite is The Silent Gold; a bright citrus-forward twist on a classic margarita that nods to the tropics.

Sitting atop the Esplanade Mall, Baia has become a go-to for rooftop dining with its sweeping Marina Bay views—but now, there’s even more reason to linger. Helmed by Beppe De Vito of the ilLido Group, this sophisticated lounge bar has refreshed its menu with Mediterranean-inspired plates that match the bold and vibrant setting.

Start with easy, snackable bites like the crispy calamari, hamachi tartare, and bellota ham Catalan pizza before moving into the heartier fare. Think jumbo crab pasta, duck samosas with whipped foie gras, or a mezze platter made perfect for sharing. Mains bring the drama, from wagyu skirt steak with truffle fries to tiger prawns with Tuscan kale and chorizo suquet—each dish packing plenty of flavour for any night out. Desserts even keep things fun with options like chocolate churro poppers, matcha layer cake, and a classic Knickerbocker Glory to round things off.

Behind the bar, the cocktail list keeps pace. Expect a mix of crowd-pleasing classics and inventive signatures—from a tropical Singapore Sling to lighter, refreshing pours and more complex, spirit-forward creations. There’s even a solid line-up of non-alcoholic options to make sure no one misses out. So, come for the view, stay for the food (and let the drinks do the rest).

Complemented by vibrant green peas, velvety potato fondant, and the sweet tang of Borettane onion, this dish celebrates the essence of spring with its fresh, seasonal ingredients and culinary finesse. As for the pasta dishes, you can’t beat the Aquerello Risotto which combines creamy richness with the delicate essence of red prawn tartare, complemented by sweet peppers and black olives.
