Heineken Launches First Sip House Pop-Up In Singapore With Beertails, Bites And Afterwork Experience
Heineken is bringing a new afterwork concept to Singapore with the launch of its First Sip House pop-up, running from 7 to 16 May 2026 at 36 Keong Saik Road. The multi-level experience follows a teaser activation in the CBD and is designed to encourage workers to clock off earlier, centring the experience around the idea that the “first sip” should take priority over the last email. Entry is free for guests aged 18 and above, with each visitor receiving a complimentary pint.
The three-storey space will feature a mix of food, drinks and interactive elements, anchored by the First Sip Bar. Here, mixologist June Baek and chef Justin Hammond present a new menu of beertail and bar bite pairings inspired by Heineken’s Pure Malt profile. Dishes are served with a twist as guests are invited to complete final elements themselves, from garnishes to pours, creating a more hands-on tasting experience. Menu highlights include tuna tartare with malt notes paired with a soju-based beertail, as well as slow-cooked beef short rib tacos served with a customisable Michelada.

Beyond the bar, the pop-up includes several experiential zones aimed at extending the afterwork occasion. The Star Tap feature uses wearable tech to encourage social interaction between guests, unlocking rewards and leaderboard placements. Elsewhere, an Art Jam space offers a casual creative outlet, while the Pourfection Lounge introduces visitors to Heineken’s five-step pouring ritual, alongside a preview of its new StarMark glassware.
While general admission is free, guests can opt for a ticketed beertail and bites pairing set, priced from $18 for early bird bookings and $21 during the event period. All entries must be reserved in advance, with limited slots available across the 10-day run.
