If food is the way to a guy’s heart, and diamonds are already a girl’s best friend, then flowers must be the way to a woman’s heart.

The gift for love, life, loss, and pretty much every other occasion or experience, a bunch of blooms say everything when your brain turns to mush or words just won’t cut it.

We don’t want you to fall short on your flower-giving duties, so we’ve hunted down the best florists on the Sunshine Coast.

Flax Flower Collective

It would be a crime not to include the floral institution that is Flax Flower Collective in Coolum Beach in our roundup of the best florists on the Sunshine Coast. This floral design house has a fresh approach, designing unique arrangements from flowers and foliage, for weddings, specials occasions, your average week day and Valentine’s Day. Our pick is the mixed bouquet—simple yet beautiful. If your partner is more of a food and less of a flower-lover, Flax does incredible hampers too, complete with a bottle of wine. Delivering from Caloundra to Noosa, if you want the wow-factor, give them a call or place your order online here.

The Posy Co.

Let’s be frank, posies from $35 is a total bargain. But, that’s just how The Posy Co. rolls. While there’s no actual shop front, you can pre-order blooms for your love or gal pal online. And, if you want to go a step further, you can even grab one of their special hampers, complete with flowers, a candles, bubbly, a notebook and a clay face mask.

Flower Bomb

Flower Bomb is your go-to for when you really want to send flowers to a special someone but you’re on a pretty tight budget. Delivering rustic bunches of flowers for as little as $50, all the way from Caloundra to Noosa, this has got to be one of the best florists on the Sunshine Coast. If cash isn’t a problem, order a $100 bunch and a ‘you da bomb’ cookie from Sweetpea Cakes & Cookies will be thrown in for a little extra love.

That Little Flower Shop

If you’ve got something super specific in mind, then check out this That Little Flower Shop. Go traditional and order a tonne of red roses or show her she brightens up your day with a big bouquet of happy sunflowers. There’s a whole lot on offer at this sweet boutique, but be sure to order ahead of time or risk your favourites selling out.

Bud Naked

The newest florist in Noosa, Bud Naked is dedicated to sending out beautiful bouquets minus the cheesy teddy bears and heart-shaped chocolates. Instead of red roses, you’ll find a range of unique coastal bouquets made up of, expertly preserved and then dried, flowers, in soft pastel tones. We're also loving their dried wreaths. For a keepsake that has a shelf-life longer than a few days, place your order here

Rather give the gift of food? Doughnut bouquets are where it's at.
