Feast On Turkey And Pumpkin Pie 

Sure, Thanksgiving is an American holiday, but it's also a great excuse to tuck into roast turkey and pumpkin pie. Enjoy a dinner of gratitude and feasting with loved ones at Lennons Restaurant and Bar. From 5-9pm Thursday, 23 November you'll enjoy a sit down, two-course dinner of festive classics. Tuck in to a two-course festive menu of roast turkey with date and apricot stuffing with creamy carrot dauphinoise, brussel sprouts and potato skordalia on the side. Leave room for dessert with a choice of traditional apple or pumpkin pie available.  Make sure to secure your table ahead—bookings are only $49 per person.

Indulge In A Festive High Tea

After a day of shopping in Queen Street or visiting the festive sights along the river city, indulge with an afternoon of the chef's sweet and savoury delights at the Festive High Tea at Lennons Restaurant and Bar. Available every weekend from 12 PM to 4 PM starting Saturday, 25 November to Sunday, 24 November, the festive affair will see you nibbling on homemade scones and classic festive treats including roast turkey wraps and refreshing prawn cocktails while sipping on a gingerbread espresso martini or sparkling wine. Celebrate Christmas In The City 

Outsource the Christmas prep this year and spend the day poolside at Christmas on the Terrace. From 12.30 PM to 3 PM on Christmas Day, lap up the infinity pool, go back for seconds (or thirds) at the buffet, and enjoy live entertainment—including a visit from Santa himself. Bring the whole family with you, and book adults for $239, teens for $169 and younger kids for $59 here.         

Dig into a delectable lineup of Christmas classics with Lennons Restaurant and Bar buffet and free-flowing beverage offerings. From 11.45AM to 3PM on Christmas Day, sip signature cocktails and enjoy live entertainment with a mouth-watering Christmas lunch buffet—including a honey-mustard glazed roast ham carving station and fresh seafood station. Groove And Sparkle Into The New Year

Groove into the new year at Hibiscus Room’s ‘Let's Groove Tonight’ New Year's Eve Party. From 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM, ring in 2024 under the discoball and lights as Hibiscus Room is transported into a world of disco. Dance the night away to live entertainment from The Voice's Liam Keates-Ryley, and enjoy a 4-hour beverage package, substantial bites and charcuterie station through the night. As the last hours of 2023 tick over, the dancefloor awaits. Tickets are $209 per person.
