Held across four Saturdays this July, each event will be led by a hearty Christmas dinner: complete with minted lamb shoulder or chestnut stuffed chicken, pigs in blankets, yorkshire puds, roast veg and gravy—and polished off with a sticky toffee pudding or gingerbread martini.

The Sheraton Grand is levelling up their seafood brunch this Christmas in July. Every Sunday, expect a seafood buffet featuring only the freshest produce, live cooking stations and a decked out dessert bar—complete with festive decor, Christmas giveaways, and even a visit from the big man in red.

The Chiswick is hosting a one–off Christmas in July special on Sunday 27 July, with a two–course menu set to the sounds of nostalgic vinyl beats. The dinner will be a maple–honey glazed ham trimmed with cabbage slaw and roasted parsnips, with a classic pavlova to bring it home.

From Friday 11 to Saturday 20 July, the historic laneways of The Rocks will be transformed for their Christmas in July Festival, complete with wooden chalets, fairy lights, and a forest of 40 real pine trees. Located in the heart of the CBD, there will be stalls slinging hot-spiced mulled wine, gooey French raclette, loaded Belgian hot chocolate, as well as plenty of handmade trinkets and winter gear.

The Polish Club Ashfield is running a Christmas In July market this winter, filled with an abundance of traditional Polish treats: decadent pierogi dumplings stuffed with white cheese or meat, kielbasa (Polish sausages), and giant jam–filled paczki donuts—to be washed down with a mulled wine or cider.
The market will be hosting a variety of entertainment to keep the whole fam busy—catch a dance from the Polish Folkloric Dance Ensemble, or the Ceroc and Modern Jive Company. Need a bit more excitement? The live sabre fighting will definitely keep you on your toes.
