Inspired by the celebrated chef's Cornish roots, Rick Stein at Coogee Beach is serving up a traditional winter Christmas feast with all the classic trimmings.

The highlight is a one-off Proper English Christmas Lunch on Sunday 12 July, featuring a set menu centred around roast turkey with chestnut stuffing, Christmas ham, bread sauce, cranberry sauce and rich gravy. Feeling extra indulgent? Upgrade your main to a half rock lobster thermidor for an additional $100. The menu also includes festive starters like roast beef profiteroles, King Ora salmon gravlax and a Balmain bug and prawn pithivier.

If you're after the full Christmas experience (minus the December crowds) Chiswick is hosting a one-night-only Christmas in July dinner on Sunday 26 July—complete with roast turkey, glazed ham, Christmas pudding, crackers on the table and festive tunes filling the dining room.

Set against the backdrop of Chiswick's winter-lit gardens, the generous shared feast begins with sourdough and cultured butter, tiger prawns with cocktail sauce, wood-roasted beetroot and cured ocean trout. Mains lean heavily into festive tradition, with woodfired turkey served alongside stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy, plus Chiswick's signature glazed ham and roasted vegetables.

Dessert is a double act of Christmas pudding with brandy custard and classic Christmas trifle, while seasonal cocktails—including a hot buttered rum and a cognac-spiked coffee cocktail—are available to keep the winter chill at bay.

This beloved North Sydney favourite is embracing Christmas in July with a festive shared feast available throughout the entire month. Perfect for cosy catch-ups, group dinners, birthdays, and end-of-financial-year celebrations, the warming banquet showcases seasonal comfort food with The Botanist's signature elevated touch.

The $88pp menu begins with organic sourdough, cacio e pepe arancini and grilled king prawns with chilli miso butter before moving onto a centrepiece of Wagyu roast sirloin served with jus and horseradish cream. Forget waiting until December—The Rocks is bringing festive cheer back to Sydney this winter with the return of its much-loved Christmas In July Festival. For 10 magical nights, the historic precinct will transform into a glowing European-style Christmas village, complete with wooden market chalets, kilometres of fairy lights, artisan shopping stalls, and the now-iconic Snow Lane, where snowfall drifts through Kendall Lane beneath twinkling lights.

Expect plenty of winter comfort food, from bubbling raclette and fondue experiences to festive desserts, loaded hot chocolates and steaming cups of mulled wine. Fire pits will be scattered throughout the market village, offering the perfect spot to warm up between browsing handcrafted gifts and seasonal treats from more than 30 vendors.

New and returning favourites include the Fire Pit Cinema Under The Stars, screening Christmas classics like Home Alone, Elf and Die Hard nightly while guests toast marshmallows and sip mulled wine beneath the winter sky.
