The Australian Heritage Hotel Fathers Day Lunch
The Australian Heritage Hotel knows this is dad’s day and boy have they hit the nail on the head. Think $5 Willie the Boatman tinnies all day and a free schooner with any lunch booking. Fathers Day Festival Centennial Park
Centennial Parklands is celebrating all the great men in your life with a full-blown Father’s Day Festival. In collaboration with the Indigenous Marathon Foundation, they’re hosting the 2019 Father’s Day Warrior run to bring the whole family together. The Warrior Run is an inclusive event for people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities—but if running really isn't dad's thing, don’t worry, the festival also includes Indigenous market stalls where you can sample some bush tucker and watch a warrior dance. King Street Crawl
For all the young-at-heart dad’s out there, the King Street Crawl is absolutely where it's at this Father's Day. This massive suburb-wide pub crawl is the kickstart of this year's very (very) impressive Sydney Fringe Festival lineup, and pretty much every cafe, shop, bar and pub in Newtown, Enmore and Erskineville are in on it. Viking Feast At Mjolner
Viking ships, ancient weapons and dragon heads line the walls of this speakeasy restaurant bar in Redfern. A lunch at Mjolner will have Dad feasting off mouth-watering rotisserie meats feeling like a Nordic King. Weird And Wacky Vaudeville Show
This night has daggy dad written all over it so why not indulge him for a bit? Marrickville’s infamous jazz venue, Camelot Lounge, is presenting Vaudevillia (an eccentric style of live theatre performance blending comedy, poetry and song) by Mic Conway's National Junk Band.
