10-cheese fondue. Bottomless vino. Mulled wine. Boy oh boy does La Valle Wine Bar know how to get us excited, and they do it with such regularity we may be ruined for all other wine bars.
With their epic monthly bottomless high cheese sessions sold out until 2022 (we’re not kidding), the Valley wine bar has announced a new, winter-worthy delight to sate our need for cheese and wine. One Sunday each month, they’ll be dishing up cheese fondue with two hours of vino for just $39, and we’re already popping the Lacteeze tablets in anticipation.
This isn’t any ordinary fondue either—it’s a gooey blend of mozzarella, parmigiano, pecorino, manchego, asiago, montasio, brie, camembert, stracciatella and gruyere. That’s 10 cheeses (count them if you must) ready to transport you to cheese heaven as you dip in slabs of focaccia, figs, cherry tomatoes and other bites.
Now if you can’t make any of the event dates (currently there's only 28 November and 19 December available), or they sell out before you can snap up tickets to one of the three sessions on each, don’t worry—you’ll can also just head to the bar and order up that fondue for $29 (to share between two or three people) every single night from here on out. The bar is even pouring mulled wine alongside it for winter, a development we’re definitely happy about. You can add a charcuterie plate for $12 too if you want a little something extra—which you definitely do.
Drooling? Same. You can nab tickets to the fondue and bottomless wine nights here, or just book yourself a table for cheesy fondue on their website.
