So this is Christmas season, and what have you done? Probably stuffed your face with all manner of treats, and not-so-nice drinks, before doing it all again. Amirite?

Yep, yuletide health regrets come on thick and fast towards the big day of presents and feasting.

Which is why we’ve taken it as our mission (along with the folks over at Queensland Health) over the last month, to guide you through the health-landmines of the silly season—one fruit mince pie at a time.

But as the date draws ever near, we thought it timely to remind you that Christmas needn’t be a massive black hole for your health goals and fitness desires.
