There’s a newcomer set to shake up Everton Plaza’s vibrant Park Lane from certified hospo royalty. Introducing Alfi Eatery & Bar: the latest endeavour from Ghanem Group Hospitality (Blackbird, Donna Chang, Iris Rooftop) for family-friendly Mediterranean dining. 

The expansive restaurant and bar marks a suburban-first for Ghanem Group, who will channel their signature premium service and culinary excellence  into a 350-seat venue with a large open kitchen and U-shaped bar that connects to a lush 200-seat al fresco courtyard. The vibes? Very Amalfi, with light timbers, Italian stone marble, pastel upholstery and curved ceilings. The dining room will feature a mix of high, low and communal table settings, plus dining booths fitted with rich curtains that you can draw to create your own private nook. 

The seamless indoor-outdoor experience not only evokes a quintessentially Mediterranean ambience but also will make Alfi Everton Plaza’s largest food and beverage venue—perfect for group gatherings and family nights out in the newly developed district within the retail and dining precinct.

“We’ve been holding this one close to our chest for a few years now, waiting for the right time to start the fitout, which has just begun,” Ghanem Group Hospitality Director Andonis Ghanem said. “This time we venture into the suburbs with a cuisine we’ve been very eager to add to our portfolio, and which is very much loved by our diners.”

Alfi Eatery & Bar is expected to open in mid-2026.
