Twilight Markets
HOTA Hawker Night Markets
This month, HOTA Hawker Night Markets will transform the HOTA precinct, showcasing international street food, a talented lineup of local bands and a vibrant vibe. At this feast for the senses, you can dig into authentic Asian delicacies like steaming hand wrapped dumplings, crunchy spicy banh mi, sizzling wagyu beef and much more.
After strolling through over 150 unique stalls illuminated by dazzling lanterns, you can nestle into vibrant green parklands along the stunning backdrop of Evandale Lake with your gourmet goodies and fresh finds. You'll be kep entertained all night by the mesmerising performances of roving street artists, showcasing fire tricks and dazzling Chinese Lion Dancers.

Miami Marketta
Our love affair with Miami Marketta started a long time ago and it’s not finishing any time soon. This iconic local gem is held every Friday and Saturday night (and on a smaller scale on Wednesdays) and pulls together some of the best ethnic food stalls from across the Coast. Pair it with an electric vibe, a revolving roster of toe-tapping bands and DJs, multiple cocktail bars, a dessert hall, fashion stalls and a buzzing family-friendly crowd, and you’ve got one of the best markets on the Gold Coast. Emerald Lakes Market
A top night market for our Northern Gold Coast friends, the Emerald Lakes Market specialises in gourmet food and creative crafts. Pop by any Thursday evening from 3pm until 7:30pm and you'll find a delightful array of locally-owned stalls showcasing fresh produce, handmade crafts, takeaway food and pet products. Oh yes, this night market is very pet-friendly.

Dreamworld Moonlight Night Market
If you’re partial to a bit of street food and love a twilight foodie market, listen up. The Moonlight Night Markets at Dreamworld are one of the Gold Coast’s newest night markets and the twilight markets are packed with unreal street food, sip-worthy drinks and live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night, from 5pm to 9pm. Best of all, entry is just $2 or free for children under 13 years old.

Queensland Vegan Markets
What better way to spread the feel-good vibes than a day of cruelty-free eats and shopping? The Queensland Vegan Markets are a much-loved favourite and the regular crowds of patrons are testament to their popularity. With plenty of stalls and food trucks to keep you busy at Broadwater Parklands, these vegan markets run only every two months on the Gold Coast. Bonus: they’re dog friendly so you can bring your fur baby along to join in the fun.

If you haven’t frocked with Carrara Markets before, prepare to have your mind blown. Frockarama is a massive pre-loved fashion market sale, where you can stock up on an incredible array of clothing, shoes and accessories for some seriously penny-pinching prices. Held at Carrara Markets on Sunday 18 June, there will be a live DJ pumping tunes, Sirromet Wine Bar, selfie swing and of course, racks and racks of fashion bargains. Gold Coast Artisan Fair & Market
If you're anything like us and would love to be more more artistically talented, but it just doesn't seem in your wheelhouse, make your way to the Gold Coast Artisan Fair & Market for major inspiration. A first of it's kind for the Gold Coast, this creative artisan fair will host over 30 stalls showcasing everything creative—from handmade bags to resin wares to ceramics and woodwork. You can try your hand at dried flower wreath making and explore a variety of workshops.

Carrara Markets
If there ever was a market institution on the Gold Coast, it would have to be the Carrara Markets. Taking the title of Australia's largest marketplace, Carrara Markets is home to over 300 food stalls, variety stalls and attractions, in addition to a revolving lineup of special events like plant sales and book fairs. Plus, these family-friendly markets are open every Saturday and Sunday, so there's no reason to miss out on this sprawling marketplace that's kind on the wallet.

Yatala Drive In Boot Bargains Market
Who doesn’t love a cheeky bargain? For all our thrifty penny pinchers out there, you need to head to the Yatala Drive-In on the third Sunday of every month to score deals at Yatala’s Boot Bargain Markets. Vintage clothing, accessories, knick knacks and even fresh produce will be filling up car boots and beckoning you to snag a bargain. With all your leftover coins, you can afford to treat yourself at the retro 1950s diner.

Canungra Village Markets
Soak up fresh country air at the Canungra Village Markets, held in the beautiful hinterland town of Canungra every first Sunday of the month. Only 25 minutes from Nerang, enjoy the drive out to Canungra and spend a slow morning browsing the stalls filled with handmade gifts, pet products, local produce, breakfast meals and a car boot sale. Doggies on leashes are also welcome and they can order a puppachino to go.

The Village Markets
One of our favourite Gold Coast markets and the perfect place to pick up a unique homegrown gift are the iconic The Village Markets. On the first and third Sunday of every month, you can muse over local designers, shoulder sway to live musicians and dig your teeth into some delicious street food. We can almost guarantee you’ll be walking away with an empty wallet with the likes of ceramics, homewares, bohemian linen threads and accessories, all-natural beauty products and so much more.

Paradise Point Art And Craft Market
The northern Gold Coast seems to be in short supply of funky markets, so when one pops up, you check it out. We love everything about the Paradise Point Art and Craft Market—from unique artisan gifts to fashionable clothes, stunning flower displays and adorable knick knacks you didn’t know you needed (but definitely do), there’s something for everyone. On the fourth Sunday of every month, this boutique pop up market is positioned on the stunning Paradise Point Esplanade, so have a wander and grab a coffee at one of the gorgeous nearby cafes.

The Beechmont Markets tick every box with breathtaking views, fresh local produce, homemade goods, plants, arts and crafts, a lush community garden, live music, yoga classes and much more. Yeah, they’ve got the goods. On the third Sunday of every month, jump in the car and enjoy a meandering road trip out to Beechmont but make sure to pack a picnic rug, so you can grab your market goodies and soak up the views. Tamborine Mountain is just a short drive from the Coast, but with lush rainforests, misty valleys and vintage shops, it seems like a different world.
