I might be biased, but the best accommodation Broadbeach offers is hands-down some of the best in the whole of Gold Coast. Why? Well, the happening precinct of Broadbeach offers everything from luxe, high-end beachfront apartments to cheap and cosy stays.
All while being surrounded by hidden bars, bustling eateries, a meandering path along the beach's shore, and ample places to grab a cuppa, do a work out, or even catch a show. See? Something for everyone. So when it comes to shortlisting the best places to stay, I'm looking for location, the vibe and that wow-factor edge for what's on offer during the stay.
Whether you're planning a getaway or a staycay on the Gold Coast/Yugambeh language region, there's a hotel room with your name on it, just waiting for you to flip the sign to 'do not disturb'. Here are best Broadbeach accommodation options in 2025 according to myself and the Urban List team.

Best Luxury Accommodation
Vue Broadbeach
10/12 First Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218 | Prices from $412 per night

Refined coastal luxury is the name of the game at Vue Broadbeach. Expansive ocean and city skyline views await in your swanky apartment with a private balcony. Keep active with the pool, sauna, and even a dedicated yoga area for those morning salutes to the sun.
I recommend you curate your own tasting board from a few of the many eateries on Surf Parade and pack a picnic basket for a jaunty 120m stroll to the beach. It’s everything you could need from luxury Broadbeach accommodation. And it could be your next stay. Book here.
Encore Broadbeach
36-38 Britannia Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218 | Prices from $412 per night
"For Broadbeach accommodation hidden in plain sight, this boutique hotel sits on a residential street, though makes for one of the most most unexpectedly delightful stays. It's stone-lined lap pool, decked out gym featuring a Reformer bed and resort amentities like a luxe sauna and the fanciest alfresco BBQ setup I've seen," says Urban List Contributor Danielle Read.
"I stayed at Encore Broadbeach for my babymoon with some girlfriends and it offered sweeping views from the balcony and surprisingly the bathroom too," she continues. "I'd recommend a stay here with friends or with your lover. Though any excuse will do. I'm not usually one for a staycay, but this place was next-level elite." Book here.
The Breakers Absolute Beachfront Apartments
60 Old Burleigh Rd, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 | Prices from $408
Sure, it's technically in Surfers. But the vibe is more 'North Broadbeach. So if direct beach access is your jam, look no further than Breakers Beachfront Apartments. This stylish complex features bright, modern, one- or two- bedroom apartments with balconies and golden sands just a few steps away.
Check out the uber-cool cabanas with loft bedrooms for the ultimate beachfront experience. Situated neatly between Broadbeach and Surfers, it's a beautiful stroll along the beach to either happening precinct, in case you’re having trouble deciding where to play. For a fancier meal a mere stroll from your hotel, I recommend a dinner at Cantonese gem, T'ang Court. With it's award-winning cellar list, and dishes that hero local produce, it'll be a dining experience you'll enjoy dish after dish of culinary delight. Book here.

Polished, minimalist suites and tricked-out facilities are what it’s all about at Peppers Broadbeach. Choose from one to three bedrooms, all with kitchens and balconies. Gaze out at the blue waters of the Pacific or the rolling green hills of the hinterland from the sculpted towers. I'm particularly impressed by the serene Zen Garden and this hotel's exclusive private cinema.
