To celebrate the arrival of Tequila Tromba’s Master Distiller, Marco Dedando (ie, the ‘Evils’ of the tequila industry), Craft & Co are hosting a free event to unveil the cheese and salami that they have been curing in Tromba tequila for the last few months. Guys, be prepared for a flavour explosion... Marco will tell stories of his 40 year career in tequila and the key tricks of tequila distilling, whilst Craft & Co’s head chef, Dom Marzano will give you the low-down on his meat curing processes and cheese making methods.
