University of Melbourne campus bursts with the indigo and purple blend of Jacaranda flowers. The Victorian-style buildings and steps are typically littered with petals—transforming the tertiary environment into a bright and floral wonderland.
Royal Botanical Gardens
What else would you expect from Melbourne's
premier gardens? Carefully maintained by the dedicated park team these beautiful Jacarandas erupt onto the scene and are bolstered by the surrounding lush plant life. All that purple provides a very satisfying contrast to the leafy surroundings of the gardens.
Edinburgh Gardens
A real northside hot spot—
Edi Gardens pulls in the masses no like no other. Each summer, groups of people take shelter under the blossoming Jacarandas that surround the perimeter of the park. Parliament Gardens
Just a short walk up the steps from Parliament station you'll discover the pristine gardens aside from Victoria's Parliament House.
