You’ll feel like you’ve stepped straight into Nonna’s kitchen using only the most authentic ancient techniques that you can recreate to impress your next dinner guests when you get home. Perfetto!

After years of running an infamous blog, making the entirety of the internet drool and winning a stack of major barbie comps, the team behind Perth BBQ School decided it was finally time to share their expertise with our fair city, and boy are we glad they did.
