Clear your calendar because the highly-anticipated Good Food & Wine Show (GFWS) presented by Citi is back for its 21st year and honestly, our tastebuds couldn't be more hyped. Slinging a bunch of new events, masterclasses and immersive experiences sure to ignite your senses, this year is set to be the best GFWS yet.
As always, the show will have a strong focus on celebrating the local producers, winemakers and the hospitality sector of each city. Expect curated wines from surrounding regions and live demos from some of Australia's favourite chefs in The Kitchen by Harris Scarfe.
Those partial to a little cheese and vino will be well catered for, of course. Enjoy an intimate Wine Selectors Tasting Room experience, stroll your way down Cheese Lane, or take a trip via the Smelly Cheese Project. With more than 600 wines to choose from (yes, you read that right) there’s sure to be a sip to satisfy everyone.
And if that’s not enough, wrap your hands around a scroll at the Bunn Mee and Harvey Beef pop-ups. If you like a side of entertainment with your eats, look no further than The Kleenheat Kitchen, where local WA chefs will cook up delicious dishes using local produce to put their own spin on classics. Or, head to The Good Food Village where you can also fill up on a selection of artisan products from small Australian producers—think truffles, small-batch honey and much more.
