After a month of over-indulging on all the good things, you’re probably about ready to get your life back on track. Well turns out spending a little less time drinking and a little more time getting active outdoors makes you feel a whole lot better (go figure). So with this in mind, we wanted to introduce you to Blooming Happy Yoga’s series of outdoor classes.
They’re making it all too easy to lean right into your yoga dreams with their series of pay as you feel classes. Held 9am Saturdays and Sundays in the lush surrounds of Hyde Park, these outdoor classes will take you through a beginner-friendly vinyasa flow over one hour. And the best part is, you only have to pay what you can afford.
No bookings are required so just bring your mat and a water bottle, and get ready to release some tension while the experienced BHY yogis guide you through a series of poses designed to challenge your strength, balance and flexibility. At the end of the class you'll be invited to drop your donation into the jar so don't forget to bring some cash along as well.
Bring your pup along and go for a walk before, then top off your class with a coffee and some delicious baked treats in the park thanks to Chu Bakery. I mean, it’s all about balance, right?
