Truffle season has arrived and this year Perth is dialing up the decadence with a slew of Truffle High Teas coming to The Westin.
Running from this Friday 11 June until Sunday 1 August, The Truffle High Tea is as indulgent as you'd imagine.
Think truffle egg mayo and smoked butter with cocoa bread, chicken rillettes with truffle and parsnip cream and seared tuna tart with truffle ricotta and caviar for the savoury delights, and for dessert it's truffle scones with fig jam, white chocolate and szechuan pepper truffle petit gateaux and truffle opera cake.
The experience will set you back $59 for food and unlimited coffee and tea, but if you hand over $79 you'll get a glass of Moet & Chandon too.
