Fragrant, earthy, luxurious and oh-so-decadent, truffles deserve to be celebrated, and Western Australia’s annual Truffle Kerfuffle festival in Manjimup is one of the best places to do so.

After a year-long hiatus, the renowned three-day festival is back from Friday 23 June to Sunday 25 June 2023. With it comes a string of culinary headliners from around Australia, including chef, author and My Kitchen Rules co-host Colin Fassnidge, Michelin-star chef Jake Kellie, and Tasmanian trailblazer Analiese Gregory.

Fonty’s Pool will play host to a bunch of gourmet wine and produce experiences that shine a light on the versatility of the beloved truffle, including chef masterclasses, dining packages and, of course, thrilling truffle hunts.

Be sure to clear your calendar this winter and dive into our top picks across the three-day festival.
