The Westin Perth has just launched their decadent new season high tea menu (dedicated to chocolate no less), and to celebrate they’re giving one lucky Urban List reader a chance to win free high tea for themselves and three mates for an entire year, with a table (and a glass of bubbly) set aside just for you at each of their next six high teas. Oh, and to top it off, you'll get to take home one magnum of Moet & Chandon. Yep, this is happening.
All you need to do is enter here, but first, you might want to get up to speed on all the good things you can expect.
They've previously done high beer, high coffee and their extremely popular truffle high tea, but this latest concept is dedicated to chocolate.
You’ll kick off with a special Frangelico scented hot chocolate topped with caramelised honey foam on arrival, before diving into sophisticated savouries like mini brioche buns filled with warm chocolate glazed roast beef and horseradish coleslaw, smoked salmon, orange cream cheese and cucumber on cacao bread and french baguettes filled with roast chicken, tarragon and hazelnut mayonnaise.
As for the sweets, there’s even more gourmet goodness to sink into. We’re talking choccie tarts, pecan cakes, earl grey pannacottas and more, all loaded with delightful chocolate elements. Plus, let’s not forget the fluffy chocolate scones served with chantilly cream and homemade Nutella.
Trust us, these yummy little treats are possibly the most Instagrammable that we’ve seen, and with the décor at the Haven Lounge, we guarantee you’ll struggle to get out without taking a few snaps. But then again you could also get your high tea to go (it comes complete with a tiered cardboard stand) and set it up wherever your heart desires—picnic by the river, anyone?
The Haven Lounge at The Westin Perth is constantly evolving its high tea menu, and each one is as good as the next so there’s always a reason to come back for more.
If you can't wait to see if you score the free high tea, make a booking stat or order a high tea to go.
Then work your way through all the best high teas in Perth.
