We've just found out that five of our absolute fave Northbridge restaurants are joining forces yet again for five Saturdays this Autumn from 2 March, to bring us one epic William Street Long Lunch.
La Cholita, Shadow Wine Bar, Sauma, No Mafia and Bivouac are teaming up to bring us one heck of a roving lunch—five courses, all with matched drinks for just $75. Just listen to this line up of eats and drinks and tell us you're not excited.
You'll start your Saturday afternoon at Sauma with a sunset spritz and some tandoor roast chicken tikka, mint and mini naan before making your way to Bivouac for a Mistelle Mule and a tasty baby eggplant sabich served with amba, tahini gribiche and a herb and pickle salad.
Once you're done at Bivouac, hop over the street to No Mafia for their beetroot cured salmon with watercress, sea leaves and Campari. Enjoy a rosé to wash it all down.
Next, take a stroll to La Cholita for their crazy delicious spicy duck taquitos, alongside a Mexican Lager or Paloma. Last but not least, you'll head to Shadow Wine Bar for dessert: almond sponge, burnt butter creme and roasted grapes, with an Amaro to top everything off.
You can begin anytime between 11:30 and 1pm and you don't even need to book, so just stroll on in.
