The rest of 2020 just got a whole lot better—after being cut short earlier this year, the Scarborough Sunset Markets are making their return this Saturday 25 July with the launch of their winter series.

Every Saturday evening from 3pm until 8pm, over 40 food trucks and market stalls will wrap around the Scarborough Clocktower and stretch up the promenade. Make sure you bring your appetite because there’ll be everything from BBQ meats, Asian dumplings, hot potatoes and handmade gnocchi to deep-fried delights, doughnuts, French crepes and so much more.

Once you’ve grabbed a bite or two to eat, shop up a storm at the carefully-curated selection of retail stalls. Score yourself some cool vintage clothing finds, smell all of the handmade candles or pick up some new handmade jewellery—whatever you do, DJ FLEX will be on the decks providing the perfect soundtrack for your wintery night out.

The local Scarborough Beach Scout Group will be on-hand to light the epic custom-made firepits, which really amps those cosy winter vibes and to top it all off, there’ll even be marshmallows for roasting. To wrap up the night in the warmest way possible, head to one of Scarborough’s local bars for a tipple, then get ready to do it all again the next week.
