A seasonal menu with locally sourced ingredients and an impeccable international wine list (some bottles require a second mortgage) make this the perfect Perth restaurant for a long lunch, degustation or ritzy date.

If you're worried about the price tag, you'll be happy to know Balthazar does a three course lunch special with a glass of natural wine for just $50. The menu changes monthly but you can expect gems like smoked ricotta with charred beans and preserved lemon, perfectly cooked fish and Valrhona chocolate and peanut butter desserts.
