COMING SOON
One of Perth’s fave Asian fusion dining hotspots is headed down south. Miss Chow’s is setting up shop at the beautiful Edwards Estate in late November (still in all its delicious glory, of course). This is all thanks to Jacquie Chan, the restaurateur behind Moon and Mary, Lucy Luu, Lygon Lane, and of course, Miss Chow’s. Her sights were set on bringing the urban buzz down to the iconic wine region, and boy, has she done it well.
The menu has been curated with the utmost respect for the incredible produce (like Augusta abalone and Manjimup truffle) that we’re lucky to have here in WA. We’re drooling at the thought of the Margaret River venison tartare with soy-cured egg yolk. With a gorgeous countryside setting among the vines, this new spot is guaranteed to bring everything you know and love about Miss Chow’s to Margs River, but with a boujee twist.

White tablecloths, marble, jacketed wait staff and caviar bumps—Gibney is hands down the fanciest of all the venues under George Kailis' name. And honestly, it might just take the cake for 'most opulent dining destination' in all of Perth.

One of Sydney's most iconic steakhouses, 6HEAD, has finally made its way out west, with a super slick new restaurant now open at the base of the new Chevron Tower at One The Esplanade in Elizabeth Quay.
