The Verdict
Having officially thrown open its doors in June this year, St Brigid Bar is the latest neighbourhood local in Doubleview, coming from some serious hospo legends. We say that because it’s being brought to us by the same good folks who created Perth crowd favourites like Mechanics Institute and Flipside Burgers.
With lots of exposed brick, beautiful timber floorboards and seriously high ceilings inside, they'll be bringing those natural elements out into the courtyard and we're pretty sure once you take a seat out there you'll never want to leave.
Plus, their rotating taps are inspired by the fact that ol' St Brigid herself used to brew beer out of bathwater. Head down to this gorgeous little spot for a good drink and a good time.
