The Heritage
The Verdict
True to its name, Perth restaurant The Heritage makes the most of its roots with its dazzling refurb of the iconic Royal Insurance building, complete with Italian marble floors, dramatic high ceilings and large windows overlooking Brookfield Place. Most of the food, which includes the likes of duck Parfait and Gruyere cheese Soufflé, is inspired by the cafe fare of Europe, but there are other dishes, like the brioche fairy bread, that are well and truly Australian, and we love it.
