Wildflower is the crème de la crème of Perth restaurants with incredible food in an incredible setting. Serving delicious, contemporary eats that follow the six indigenous Noongar seasons, this beautiful restaurant is perched atop the State Buildings with views overlooking Perth City and the Swan River.
On 15 October, Head Chef Matthew Sartori will be welcoming Italy's Niko Romito to the Wildflower kitchen for an exclusive six-course dinner. Romito owns Reale, a three Michelin star restaurant nestled into the mountains in Italy's Abruzzo region—which all goes to say he's basically Italian royalty. The dinner, matched with Italian wine, will highlight the amazing flavours of Romito's homeland; think flavours like watermelon, tomato, lemon, chocolate and liquorice.
Tickets and more information about the event are here and if you plan on drinking all that wine, you might want to book a night at COMO so you can roll straight into bed.
