Marcy's

Love is in the air at Marcy's, where you and your loved one are invited to partake in a Valentine's Day celebration featuring an exclusive menu and romantic cocktails. Exclusively available on the 13 and 14 of February, the Valentine's menu is priced at $128 per person and promises a delightful fusion of Marcy's timeless classics and an exclusive sneak peek at some new dishes.

The seafood-centric menu by Chef-owner Ryan Choo showcases Aomori ice fish on a bed of Hasselback potatoes, Kaluga caviar and a grana padano pesto. You can also savour crispy-scaled bream complemented by romesco grilled edamame and wood ear mushrooms. The one-night-only special of Vahlrona flourless chocolate cake finished with seasonal berries and coulis makes for the perfect sweet ending. Should you wish to raise a toast to love, there’s also a specially crafted selection of Valentine's-inspired cocktails.

Altro Zafferano

Offering stunning panoramas from its 43rd-storey perch, Italian restaurant Altro Zafferano is inviting you and your special someone to an evening of luxury with its five-course masterpiece ($228 per person) this Valentine’s Day. 

Available exclusively on the 14 February, the sumptuous dinner for two, specially prepared by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola and Head Chef Daniele La Rocca, starts with fresh oysters (the perfect aphrodisiac) dressed with pink shallot and finger lime. You’ll then be treated to a selection from the sea, such as plump Canadian lobster tail topped with white corn and buttery Oscietra Caviar, before dipping into 10-year-old parmigiano tortellini with white asparagus and black truffle shavings.

Levant

Perched on the rooftop of a conservation shophouse in Tanjong Pagar, Levant is a super sexy open-air bar that crafts out sleek cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired mezze plates that are perfect for sharing.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Levant’s mixologists have curated an exclusive Valentine’s Day cocktail menu which is available from 13 to 17 February and priced at $23 each. The cocktail list includes: Clarified Whiskey Sour, A’more and Tropical Sunset—all of which will set your hearts aflutter.

Three Buns

Looking for a fun and lowkey celebration with your partner this Valentine’s Day? Dig into your favourite burgers and bites at Three Buns Quayside or Potato Head Singapore with a special sharing menu for two. Available for one night only (14 February) the curated menu for two includes an array of starters, burgers to share, and sweets treats all for S$90 per couple.

Starters include flavourful bites such as Jerkin (jerk chicken thigh with blueberry chilli sauce, thyme and scallions) and Saffy’s Pulled Beef Arepas (slow-cooked wander barley-fed beef brisket, chipotle, braised onions, guacamole, sour cream and coriander on arepas con queso), followed by a selection of two burgers from the share & tear menu, such as the bestselling Baby Huey (vintage beef patty with ketchup, smoked mayo, cheddar and pink pickles in a toasted demi brioche bun) or the vegetarian friendly Fry Me to The Moon (buttermilk fried Tindle patty with Three Islands mayo, Korean BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, hot sauce and pickled red onion in a toasted demi rice flour bun).

Finish up on a sweet note with the Calamansi and Coconut Cream Pie (Calamansi curd, vanilla custard and whipped coconut mascarpone tartlet), the Sticky Icky Wicky (sticky date pudding with Kerisik butterscotch sauce and house vanilla ice cream) and the Chocolate Romance (Weiss milk chocolate and passionfruit bar with bitter chocolate mousse, chocolate and soy sauce). A special cocktail will also be on offer—the Lovers Passion with June Peach Gin, passionfruit, lime, grenadine and soda water.

Hevel

Indulge in Hevel’s exclusive tasting menu specially crafted to infuse a touch of playfulness into your celebration of love. Available on the 13, 14 and 15 of February and priced at $148 per person, this unique experience is complemented by an optional wine pairing for an additional $88, featuring Penfolds x Thienot Brut Rose NV Champagne, Graham's Tawny Port 10 Year Old and more.

The menu curated by Chef-Owner Stefan Liau highlights a symphony of flavours, including kingfish paired with blood orange and yuzu, their signature potato hash with uni and pickled leek, grilled octopus in an emulsion, and a cloud-like bowl of Piquillo pepper and chorizo, as well as Hevel’s very own soft rye rolls served with smoked butter. The highlight of the tasting menu is the Kiwami wagyu striploin steak.

Get ready to indulge in one Michelin-starred CUT by Wolfgang Puck this Valentine’s Day over a special one-night only menu (from S$198 per person).

Start the evening with a choice of refreshing Tsarskaya oysters drizzled with zesty ponzu vinegar or a decadent bone marrow flan topped with mushroom marmalade and black truffles, before choosing from a delicious list of premium beef cuts, starred by prized wagyu flown in from Japan, Australia and the United States, for mains. Top off the evening of romance with the show-shopping Valrhona chocolate soufflé, perfect as a sweet finale.

Featuring LeVeL33’s unique ContemBrewery cuisine, which weaves beer and beer elements from the in-house brewery into courses, the exclusive curation includes South Coast NSW Sydney Rock Oysters with LeVeL33 Brut Beer jelly and LeVeL33 Wheat Beer ponzu, and Housemade Spent Grain Casarecce complemented with sustainably-sourced Australian tiger prawns.

Priced at $138++ per person and available exclusively on the 14 February, the special Whispers Of Love menu includes Champagne-poached halibut, trout roe beurre blanc served with wilted spinach, pomme fondant and housemade cannoli. For dessert you can enjoy white chocolate raspberry ganache and whipped chocolate and pistachio soil.

KOMA

A perfect spot for date night, KOMA is once again setting the stage for an impressive Valentine’s Day celebration over a special six-course menu (S$520 for two persons), inclusive of a glass of rosé wine per person. 

Welcome the evening with a stellar line-up of fresh seafood, beginning with succulent shrimp cocktail in wasabi with avocados and tomatoes, chef’s sashimi platter of the day, and pan-seared scallops. For mains, choose between a Western-style surf and turf of chunky lobster and beef sirloin served with Brussel sprouts and shallots, and an Asian-style bowl brimming with the prized Japanese Wafu Acqua Pazza seabass, presented in a broth of Asari clams, cherry tomatoes, dashi stock and mussels. Available exclusively on the 14 February and priced at $298 per person, you can look forward to an unforgettable Michelin-starred experience as you watch the chefs work their culinary magic from the open-kitchen dining room. The menu includes a host of seafood dishes alongside suckling pig and raspberry, champagne, and white chocolate panna cotta for dessert.
