No-one does European elegance like Spicers Clovelly, and if you’ve got your arm draped over a Francophile then this is a place worth whisking them away to. If you like spaciousness and want to play house for a few days (there’s three bedrooms in here!) then don’t go past the French Cottage. Trust us, it won’t take long (we give you an hour) before you’re on the veranda snapping those ‘wish you were’ here holiday snaps. Another must, is dining on a tasting menu at the estate’s two-hatted restaurant, The Long Apron. Très magnifique!
