Latte now comes with a side of runway at Coach. After a buzzy two-year run on Keong Saik, the American fashion house has gone all in with its first-ever permanent The Coach Coffee Shop, which opened on July 23 at Resorts World Sentosa’s new lifestyle zone, Weave. The cafe is a 139-square-metre flex with indoor and alfresco seating, a built-in retail section, and a direct link to a Coach store (aka temptation alley for your wallet).

This is the 14th Coach Coffee Shop globally, with siblings in Japan, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, and the US, but Singapore’s version comes with a spicy little twist. The exclusive soft-serve flavour here is the ubiquitous Chilli Crab ($9), topped with C-logo-stamped fried mantou. Go cone-style for an extra $1.50 and yes, the cone is branded too.

On the food front, it’s classic Americana done luxe. Think melty triple-cheese grilled cheese ($13) with tomato soup, a wagyu beef hotdog ($15), and a Reuben ($19) that brings the corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss heat. Weekends unlock a beastly cheeseburger ($22) with wagyu patties and curly fries. Everything comes on house-baked bread, no soggy buns here.

But the real flex is in the drinks, which go the extra mile with C-shaped ice, popsicles and chocolate garnishes (from $8).

This marks Coach’s second major food move in SG. Its Keong Saik shophouse has since transformed into Coach Bar, a moody cocktail spot with $12 martinis, elevated hotdogs, and grilled cheese priced for the bold ($23 and $30 respectively). Coach Restaurant, a modern New York steakhouse that first opened in Jakarta, is slated to land at Jewel Changi Airport by the end of 2025. If the bar sticks around, Singapore will be the only place in the world to house all three concepts. Flex much?
Find The Coach Coffee Shop at #01-224 Weave, Resorts World Sentosa, 8 Sentosa Gateway. Open daily from 9am to 8pm.
