It’s officially official— a Sex And The City reboot is on the way and just like that, we have a new TV series on the horizon.
While it’s been a while since we’ve seen the girls swigging back Cosmopolitans, rocking Fendi baguettes and twirling in Tulle skirts, turns out, there’s more to this story than we seemingly know. The new show, which will hit HBO Max, has been dubbed And Just Like That… and will clock-in to a juicy 10 episodes spanning 30 minutes each.
With the last episode airing over 15 years ago, you can expect there’s going to be a whole lot of catching up to do but don’t expect things to pick up where they left off. Though you’ll definitely find part of the OG cast including Sarah Jessica Parker, Cyntia Nixon and Kristen Davis, And Just Like That… will be sans Kim Cattral who played the seductive character of Samantha Jones.
The reboot will basically dive headfirst into the lives of Parker, Nixon and Davis’ characters Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbs during their 50s.
As for how the series is yet to play out without the bold and beautiful Samantha Jones? We’re intrigued. Stay tuned for more updates on this one.
