When And Where It’s All Going Down
Chet Faker will play Fortitude Music Hall on Tuesday 3 March 2026, as part of his A Love For Strangers Australian tour. The Fortitude Valley venue is one of Brisbane’s best for live sound and sightlines, making it a perfect match for Faker’s smooth, bass-heavy production.
Tickets go on sale Monday 19 January at 12pm via Ticketmaster, with a Frontier Members presale opening Thursday 15 January at 10am. With only one Brisbane date locked in, expect this one to move fast.
What To Expect From The Setlist
The tour centres on Faker’s new album A Love For Strangers, his first full-length release since 2021’s Hotel Surrender. Recent singles ‘Far Side of the Moon’ and ‘This Time For Real’ point to a sound that blends the nostalgia and the late-night groove he’s known for.
Alongside the new tracks, fans can expect a setlist packed with Chet Faker favourites, including:
- Gold
- Talk Is Cheap
- Low
- 1998
- Tracks from Built On Glass
- Songs from Hotel Surrender
In a venue like Fortitude Music Hall, these tracks are bound to hit harder than you’ll ever hear them at a festival or stadium show.
Getting To Fortitude Music Hall
Fortitude Music Hall is right in the heart of Fortitude Valley, meaning getting there is easy from pretty much anywhere in Brisbane.
- Train: Jump off at Fortitude Valley Station and walk five minutes down Brunswick Street Mall to the venue.
- Bus: Plenty of city and Valley services stop nearby, including routes along Ann Street and Wickham Street.
- Car: There are parking stations around the Valley, but spaces fill quickly on show nights—public transport or rideshare is your best bet.
And with bars, restaurants and late-night eats all around the venue, it’s the perfect spot to turn a gig into a full night out.
